Electrical Project Manager
About The Position
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial/Industrial Electrical Project Manager (1–2 years experience) to join our expanding team at our Isanti, MN headquarters. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday) where you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful electrical construction projects. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. From day one, you’ll be immersed in active, long-term commercial and industrial projects—including new builds and major electrical upgrades launching this spring. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within scope.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical project management
- Solid understanding of electrical construction processes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, documentation, and basic job costing
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Coordinating project startup, planning, and execution
- Managing permitting requirements and ensuring compliance
- Ordering materials and overseeing procurement timelines
- Tracking invoices and supporting job costing
- Handling change orders and project adjustments
- Maintaining schedules and driving deadlines
- Leading and supporting field crews and subcontractors
- Acting as the bridge between office operations and field teams
- Ensuring successful delivery of projects from start to finish
