Electric Panel Technician 1 The Electric Panel Technician is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical panels according to company standards and schematics. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical components, layouts, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in electrical panel assembly or related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Learns and adheres to all safety standards.
  • Lays out panels to XeteX standards under direct or some supervision.
  • Wires all panel components, including breakers, disconnects, and distribution boxes under direct or some supervision.
  • Properly torques panel components according to specifications.
  • Wires low voltage components with accuracy and precision.
  • Reads and interprets electrical schematics with some supervision.
  • Maintains clean work area.
  • All other duties assigned.
