About The Position

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a highly talented, motivated, customer-first, solution-minded individual for the Regional Electrical OEM (EOEM) Account Manager position. This individual will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with electrical and original equipment manufacturers (E/OEMs) to expand the reach and participation in key market segments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on E/OEM partnerships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Bridge Front Office (bFO)/CRM software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in E/OEM Segment, LV/MV electrical distribution equipment, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize potential E/OEM partners based on strategic fit and business potential.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target E/OEMs
  • Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential E/OEM partners
  • Negotiate and close E/OEM partnerships and agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as LOB, offer, marketing, pricing, and operations to ensure smooth integration of E/OEM products and services
  • Monitor and report on the performance of E/OEM partnerships
