About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, wiring, and testing both electrical and mechanical components according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and final products. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions. Route and connect wiring, harnesses, and cables, and ensure proper mechanical fit. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately. Test electrical circuits and mechanical assemblies to verify functionality and quality. Inspect components and assemblies for defects or nonconformance and take corrective action. Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with engineers or supervisors to resolve problems. Maintain documentation of work performed, including assembly checklists and test results. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred. Prior experience in electrical and mechanical assembly or a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and work instructions. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Physical Requirements: Standing: Essential job function/physical requirement.
