This is a leadership role for someone who combines technical expertise with strong team management skills. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure code compliance, and guide a team of electricians to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in electrical service and installation management, with leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Valid driver’s license and Master Electrician license (or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise electrical service, installation, and repair projects
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments for electricians
- Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national codes and safety standards
- Provide technical support and training to team members
- Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and cost control
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining skilled electrical staff
- Track performance metrics and implement operational improvements
