Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (chains, gears, bearings, etc.).
- Proven experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
- Support line startups and make equipment adjustments for optimal performance.
- Assist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules.
- Perform facility maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company policies.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned.
