ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all scheduled work, including emergency and non-routine, is complete. Ensure all work is performed according to precision maintenance standards. Participate in daily/weekly scheduling process to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with area leadership to manage overtime costs and assignments. Participate on weekend duty rotation and other off-hour work assignments. Assist with management of contractor assignments in your area of work. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and mentor team members Ensure adherence to all environmental, health, safety, and Company policies. Ensure all time and attendance procedures are followed. Assist department leadership with crew training and performance. Ensure adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
