About The Position

We are seeking an Electrical Lead with strong commercial experience and at least a third-year apprenticeship level . Industrial experience is a plus but not required. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, safety, and mentoring—not just routine tasks. The Electrical Lead will support the Foreman by providing technical expertise, guiding apprentices, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Minimum: 3rd-year electrical apprentice with proven commercial experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; familiarity with wiring schematics is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems and safety practices.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman's License is a plus.
• Industrial experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site technical resource for electrical installations and troubleshooting.
• Assist in planning and executing commercial electrical projects with precision.
• Mentor apprentices and junior electricians to develop technical skills.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
• Collaborate with other trades and assist the Foreman in resolving issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and material readiness for efficient workflow.
