About The Position
The Electrical Lead supports the Electrical Foreman by providing technical guidance, mentoring crew members, and ensuring high-quality electrical work. This role is hands-on and focused on maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician license (preferred).
- 3–5 years of electrical experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for electrical tasks on-site.
- Assist in planning and executing electrical installations and repairs.
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
- Ensure work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
- Support the Foreman in coordinating with other trades and resolving issues.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and material readiness.
