In the role of Electrical Intern, we'll count on you to: Offer real-world experience on exciting projects, connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals' programs, apply standard engineering techniques and procedures, perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager, and perform other duties as needed. We are looking for an intern to join us between now and the beginning of June to come on the team to help support local area projects. This intern position will support us in verifying and validating curbside information from existing datasets. Responsible for using applications like ArcGIS and Google Earth Pro to help create curbside segment maps while presenting relevant information. Potentially, the intern will support dataset organization and presentation for client delivery.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
  • Basic ArcGIS and similar mapping application skills
  • Local Candidates Preferred
