Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience supervising scope and managing multimillion‑dollar electrical construction projects.
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required).
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and construction‑related safety standards.
  • Strong computer, documentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned project scope while collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent and cross‑trade partners.

  • Maintain and enforce high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize company‑provided technology (iPad, smartphone, apps) to streamline workflows, documentation, communication, and performance tracking.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate field employees within your assigned scope.
