Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supervising scope and managing multimillion‑dollar electrical construction projects.
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required).
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and construction‑related safety standards.
- Strong computer, documentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned project scope while collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent and cross‑trade partners.
- Manage manpower, material flow, scheduling, and daily productivity to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Maintain and enforce high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize company‑provided technology (iPad, smartphone, apps) to streamline workflows, documentation, communication, and performance tracking.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate field employees within your assigned scope.
- Promote company values through decision‑making, leadership, and daily interactions.
