We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to supervise and coordinate daily electrical field activities on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This role is responsible for leading crews in a safe, productive manner while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of electrical construction experience.
  • Prior experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations including: Conduit and cable tray systems. Wire pulling and terminations. Equipment installation. Grounding and bonding.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain).
  • Must be able to provide a valid Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) number upon acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct electrical crews performing installation work.
  • Plan and execute daily work activities and short-term schedules.
  • Ensure work is performed per drawings, specifications, NEC, and site standards.
  • Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and material needs.
  • Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce all site safety requirements.
  • Interface with General Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades.
  • Track productivity and report progress and issues.
  • Review drawings and layouts to identify conflicts or constructability issues.
  • Support inspections, testing, and turnover activities.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and timekeeping.
