We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.

Requirements

• 1 year minimum at the leadman level
• Capable of leading a crew of up to 20 people
• Has the ability to align personnel to be efficient

Responsibilities

• Utilize Procore software to manage manpower
• Assign a daily task to the crew
• Plan job tasks for the day and upcoming week considering available manpower and material lead times
• Ensures material is onsite by the time it is needed to maintain schedule and keep work available
• Adhere to construction schedules
• Complete 3-week look-ahead based on scheduled activities
• Ensure all work is being completed in a quality manner
• Manage crew attendance and work within the scope and budget of the project
• Problem resolution
• Ensures team is following corporate safety practices
• Ensures inspections of safety equipment necessary to complete scope of work have been completed
• Able to accurately record time to jobs
• Able to complete daily reports consistently in Procore
• Able to complete or monitor status of daily reporting tasks and administrative needs
