About The Position

Skillforce is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage field crews on active electrical projects in Grantsville, MD. and the Northeast. This role requires a strong leader who has successfully supervised crews of 15+ electricians, ensures accurate and timely reporting, and brings solid people-management and conflict-resolution skills to the job site. Pay for this role is $35/hr-$45/hr, per diem will be provided when travelling.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar leadership role
Demonstrated ability to manage larger crews (15+ employees)
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Effective communicator with solid soft skills and a personable leadership style
Ability to keep projects moving while maintaining crew morale and accountability
Licensing and certification requirements to be confirmed

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead electrical crews of 15+ workers
Coordinate daily work activities to ensure productivity and schedule adherence
Ensure on-time and accurate reporting, including:
Timecards
Material lists and usage tracking
Act as the primary point of contact between the field and project management
Maintain job site safety, quality, and performance standards
Manage crew dynamics and handle conflict resolution professionally and effectively
Lead by example with a hands-on approach when needed
