About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial and/or industrial projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating installations, and ensuring all electrical and control systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. #LAT
Requirements
- 3+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2+ years in a foreman or lead role
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews in the installation of power distribution systems, lighting systems, and lighting control systems
- Interpret and execute electrical drawings, control schematics, and specifications
- Oversee installation and commissioning of lighting control systems (e.g., occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, dimming systems, control panels)
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues in the field
- Track materials, equipment, and labor hours; assist with project scheduling and forecasting
