About The Position

GMEA Electrical Services is a growing electrical contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the United States. Our team works on major developments including retail warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities such as Costco, Amazon, and other large commercial builds. We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman / Superintendent to help lead crews and manage field operations on our projects. Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Prior experience as a Foreman or Superintendent strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and plans
  • Strong leadership and crew management skills
  • Experience running large commercial projects (warehouses, retail, distribution centers, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple trades and job site leadership
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel if needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
  • Coordinate daily work with project managers and general contractors
  • Plan manpower, materials, and equipment needs
  • Oversee installation of conduit systems, switchgear, panels, lighting, and distribution
  • Ensure work is completed according to NEC codes and job specifications
  • Maintain a safe and productive job site
  • Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership
