This is a full-time, exempt position hiring at the following rates based on relevant experience & certifications: Level I Electrical Field Engineers are offered between $60,320.00-$67,329.00 per year . Level II Electrical Field Engineers are offered between $66,560.00-$73,569.60 per year . Level III Electrical Field Engineers are offered between $72,800.00-$79,809.60 per year . Level IV Electrical Field Engineers are offered between $83,200.00-$90,209.60 per year . Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer science engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school.
  • Member of professional practice organization, member of local program or committee.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather in a mountainous environment at heights in excess of 20 feet.
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices, including the ability to design, evaluate and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and components.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the principles of relational databases, application interfaces, and Human-Machine-Interface design.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a practicing engineer.
  • Experience with simulation and modeling software, such as MATLAB, SPICE or PLECS.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as UL, CE and FCC.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a practicing engineer.
  • At least 4 years’ experience as a practicing engineer.
  • At least 2 years’ design experience, including Electrical CAD systems & database management.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • At least 3 years’ design experience, including Electrical CAD systems & database management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with integrated automation/information systems in manufacturing.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with Rockwell Software.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with DC and/or AC drives and motors.
  • Exposure to National Electrical Code (NEC) and Arc-Flash (NFPA-70) desired.
