About The Position

Requirements

5 Years minimum experience in a similar Electrical estimator role
Experience with Commercial or Industrial Electrical Estimation / Project Management
Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels
Attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets, projects and presentation software
Ability to read and understand drawings, details and project specifications
Good organizational skills and the ability to work with others

Nice To Haves

Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems; Viewpoint software preferred

Responsibilities

Create accurate take off for Commercial Electrical projects
Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals, change orders, RFI's, O&M's, etc.)
Properly process/submit/file change orders
Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates
Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers
