About The Position

Opportunity: Electrical Engineering Intern About You Self-Development Positive and Enthusiastic Can-do attitude Integrity and Ethics Creativity and Innovation What You’ll Be Doing Use CAD to create 2D drawings and schematics Generate Bills of Material Data Collection and Reporting Create reports and graphs using Excel Work through large data sets and organize in an easily presented fashion Assist Controls Engineers during start-up of machinery Take and understand measurements (multi-meters, pressure gauges, load-cells) Fill out project documentation including checklists, user manuals, etc. Component Selection Assist engineers in researching and selecting components incorporated into the design Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and component specifications Read and understand quotes or customer specification documents Sit in on conference calls with customers to understand their needs and how those needs will affect the design Attend project meetings and present updates on your work

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in an engineering program at an accredited college or university
  • You have completed 2+ years (Junior or Senior) at an accredited college or university
  • You are in good academic standing

Responsibilities
