Lockheed Martin Space in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Summer 2026 Electrical Engineering Intern. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, analysis, and testing of electronics for the Extreme Ultraviolet High-Throughput Spectroscopic Telescope (EUVST) program. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of basic electrical engineering concepts, ability to read electrical schematics, and a demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions. Must be a US Citizen.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions.
  • Familiar with electrical engineering concepts and able to read electrical schematics.
  • Knowledge of electrical design.
  • Laboratory or research experience
  • Experience with electrical test engineering, test support and/or planning.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with NASA or on NASA projects
  • Prior Electrical Engineering internship experience is highly desired.
  • Familiar with Zuken tools
  • Preferred candidates will be enrolled in a Master's or PhD program
