Job Summary: The Electrical Engineering Group Manager leads and oversees the technical and design services for engineering projects as part of a multi-discipline project team and serves as the client interface for project matters, frequently interacting and working directly with clients. The Engineering Group Manager is responsible for business development by sourcing new clients and delivering responsive, high-quality service to all clients through operational excellence. The Engineering Group Manager is responsible for building, and leading their team through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development while also identifying and recruiting new team members. The Engineering Group Manager is responsible for allocating resources, assessing the current workforce, forecasting future workforce needs, and the timeliness, quality, and adherence to established budgets for the group's projects.
