Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus — but not required.
  • Knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and industrial automation is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus — but not required.
  • Knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and industrial automation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components used throughout our manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support automation initiatives by integrating and optimizing robotics, PLCs, and control systems.
  • Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and overall operational efficiency.
  • Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment — including advanced automated systems.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation-related issues.
