Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD drafting software.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with EE tools (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators).
- Experience with three-phase electrical power systems.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Hands-on lab skills and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems at the product level, including component selection, thermal systems, and interconnection hardware.
- Apply expertise in analog/digital circuitry, magnetics, and thermal design.
- Create technical specifications, schematics, and bills of materials.
- Design switchboard power and control circuits.
- Support integration of third-party devices in power distribution equipment.
- Conduct hardware design reviews and ensure product robustness.
- Provide sustaining engineering support for new and legacy systems.
- Troubleshoot systems and subsystems hands-on.
- Assist with product safety certifications (UL, CSA, IEC standards).
