About The Position
Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to their Pittsburgh team!
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering Technology degree from an ABET-accredited program
- 8+ years of power deliver experience (medium to high voltage 12 kV to 500 kV)
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- PE License
- Experience in project design oversight on power projects
- Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Manage/lead project teams on projects (development of conceptual designs, estimates, drawings, and technical specifications)
- Prepare project estimates/proposals
- Provide project management support from concept through completion of substation design projects
- Ensure QA/QC standards are met
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Assist with business development
- Ensure project deliverables are on time and under budget
- Communicate status updates to project team
