Torch Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team at Robins AFB, GA. As an Electrical Engineer your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Responsible for the design, development, integration, and sustainment of advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) capabilities for a United States Air Force mission. Apply engineering expertise in modeling and simulation, weapon system integration, and sensor technologies to support mission readiness, operational assessments, and capability development. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, program managers, and operators to ensure technical solutions meet mission objectives and comply with Air Force and Department of Defense (DoD) standards. Lead engineering efforts for EW and EMSO-related systems, including developing EMSO weapon systems assessments, sensors, and supporting infrastructure. Integrate modeling and simulation tools to assess EW/EMSO system performance in operational scenarios. Conduct trade studies, performance analyses, and system evaluations to inform acquisition and operational decisions. Apply simulation results to support tactics development, capability gaps analysis, and mission planning. Engineer, test, and evaluate advanced RF, EO/IR, and other sensing technologies to support EW/EMSO missions. Collaborate with industry, laboratories, and other DoD entities on technology insertion, prototyping, and system upgrades. Provide subject matter expertise on sensor data processing, fusion, and exploitation for operational advantage. Provide technical guidance to program managers, acquisition teams, and operators regarding EW/EMSO engineering considerations. Support the development of test plans, verification methods, and acceptance criteria for mission systems. Prepare and present technical briefings, engineering reports, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure all engineering activities comply with DoD and Air Force standards, including MIL-STDs, IEEE standards, and applicable safety regulations. Maintain system engineering documentation, configuration control records, and lifecycle management plans.
