Responsibilities

• Lead industrial electricians to minimize downtime and keep things running smoothly
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade plant equipment and control systems
• Design and manage small to mid-sized electrical projects
• Keep schematics, software, and documentation current and organized
• Share your troubleshooting know-how with the team
• Manage spare parts and test equipment to stay repair-ready
• Promote safety, teamwork, and good vibes across departments
• Support continuous improvement and ISO initiatives
• Handle proper labeling and disposal of hazardous materials
