About The Position

As an electrical engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you’ll a member of a cross functional team responsible for Designing, Implementing and Deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Experience designing NC3 Systems, System Components and Qualification of those systems to meet NC3 requirements.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile experience preferred
  • Experience designing NC3 Systems, System Components and Qualification of those systems to meet NC3 requirements.
  • Experience in application of electrical engineering processes, concepts, principles, and theories
  • Proficient with electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed circuit analysis/design
  • Creative thinker committed to staying ahead of technology trends, with strong background in test and troubleshooting
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
