Requirements

Education: Minimum 2-year degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in electrical design, preferably in packaging or automation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Electrical Design, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
Exposure to PLCs, schematic design, and automation systems is a plus

Nice To Haves

Experience with packaging machinery and PLC programming.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and machine documentation.
Collaborate with controls engineers to design electrical control systems.
Assist with machine start-up, testing, and debugging, both in-house and at customer sites.
Create and update electrical and pneumatic schematics using Electrical CAD.
Size and specify electrical and pneumatic components for custom equipment.
Develop bills of materials and ensure compliance with controls standards.
Provide service support for troubleshooting machines in the field and via remote assistance.
Support evaluations and improvements for new and replacement components.
