We are seeking a talented mid-level Electrical Engineer – mid-level - PE to add to our full-service electrical design team in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and currently performing production work required.
  • 4-8 years of experience in design within the electrical engineering discipline required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • EIT registration is preferred.
  • Some domestic travel may be required, ability to travel internationally is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of low voltage building design drawings on AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Prepares drawings, specifications, and procedures for the installation, integration, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Provides Design/Quality control for ongoing construction projects.
  • Reviews contractor submittals against specifications and responds to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Prepares and/or reviews and evaluates design calculations.
  • Develops independent cost estimates both for the government as well as for internal proposal purposes.
