Requirements

6+ years of experience with technical leadership
Experience as a subject matter expert in Electrical Engineering
Ability to lead and mentor a technical team
Secret clearance
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of experience as an engineering team leader, or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering and 9+ years of experience as an engineering team leader
Core and Advanced Industry Standard Certifications
