Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering (or related).
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Comfortable working hands-on with hardware and collaborating in a fast-moving environment.
  • Electrical documentation & fundamentals: E3s, system-level overview, cables and schematic reading, soldering.
  • ECAD basics: OrCAD (basic).
  • PLM/release flow: Teamcenter, part number creation, ECO processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation, robotic arms, end-of-arm tooling, and system integration.
  • Knowledge of robotics programming languages (e.g., Python, ROS)
  • Familiarity with PLCs, motion control, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Exposure to machine vision, AI/ML for optical inspection, and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate electrical integration for pilot builds/repairs: wiring, harnessing, interconnects, and system-level troubleshooting.
  • Create/maintain schematics, cable documentation, and build/test instructions, enabling smooth transition and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with ME/SW/Test/Manufacturing to debug complex failures, document root causes, and implement durable corrective actions.
  • Support pilot readiness through configuration control: parts, revisions, ECOs, and disciplined releases.
