We are responsible for designing phased array antenna systems including active and passive microwave components, radiators, radomes and a variety of RF subassemblies. We develop new technologies for advanced capabilities and provide support to all life-cycle phases of the best radar systems in active worldwide deployments and grow our people with exciting new challenges, on-the-job training, mentoring and purposeful rotations. This is an onsite role located in Marlborough, MA.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following:
  • Experience with EMI/EMC analysis design and / or test
  • Experience with MATLAB, ANSYS / HFSS or CST Microwave

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in chosen Engineering/Technical field
  • Currently hold a DoD issued security clearance of Secret or higher
  • Strong expertise in the field of EMI design methodologies for military applications
  • Experience in Earned Value EVMS, and working TINA compliant proposal activities
  • Experience and understanding of TEMPEST hardening concepts and Red/ Black separation
  • Ability to provide detailed documentation related to EMI test plans and EMI procedures and as well as test reports with minimal revision and review
  • Knowledge of automated EMI test techniques and programming, specifically using TILE
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer focus with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-461 test techniques

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate E3 standards
  • Ensure balance with risk conditions and constraints while advising leadership.
  • Visible and accountable for technical decisions.
  • Technical contact with the customer to review requirements, technical commitments, IRAD, future technical needs, etc.
  • Work across disciplines as our specialty requires interaction with Mechanical and Systems Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering
