If you’re eager to make a positive impact and join a growing team, this is the opportunity for you! ________________________________________________________________________________ What You’ll Do Keep Operations Running Seamlessly Through Smart Scheduling & Communication Coordinate Daily Technician SchedulesPartner with the Service Manager to maintain organized, efficient technician routes and daily movement. Track On-the-Go UpdatesMonitor technician start, departure, and job completion times—adjusting schedules as needed. Route Management & AssignmentMaintain an updated matrix of technicians’ routes, specialties, start points, and tools to ensure the right tech goes to the right job every time. Communicate with Technicians DailyStay in constant contact to anticipate challenges related to routes, parts, or timing—and make quick, informed adjustments. Support Customer NeedsRespond to customer inquiries regarding technician status, scheduling, and special requests. Manage Technician AvailabilityTrack vacation, sick time, and weekend rotations to ensure proper staffing levels. Forecast WorkloadLook 2–3 days ahead to anticipate staffing needs, follow up on recommended work, and prepare technicians for upcoming jobs. Provide Parts & Status UpdatesContact customers regarding pending parts and keep them informed on job progress. Anticipate & Resolve ProblemsQuickly identify issues related to routes, availability, or customer requirements to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or operations (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, techs, and leadership
  • Fast, confident problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with dispatch/scheduling systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
