Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 4 years of experience in industrial control wiring
  • Background in construction or related fields, with electrical coursework preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical controls and troubleshooting methods
  • Skilled in tool usage, wiring, and layout precision
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on, detail-oriented tasks
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential
