Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 4 years of experience in industrial control wiring
- Background in construction or related fields, with electrical coursework preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical controls and troubleshooting methods
- Skilled in tool usage, wiring, and layout precision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on, detail-oriented tasks
- Team-oriented with leadership potential
