About The Position

Ludvik Electric is a premiere electrical contractor in Arizona, Colorado and Utah with over $2 Billion in installations around the world. We are seeking experienced Electrical Field Management staff for our Colorado Location. Colorado continues to grow and the number of electrical projects we are winning is exploding, and our backlog of projects will keep us busy for years! Education and Experience Six years of documented work in electrical construction with at least 2 years of prior supervisory experience. Ability to lead teams on projects. Colorado Journeyman or Master License Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities and expectations as it applies to size and type of construction project. Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate and develop foremen, journeymen and apprentices. Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities. Data Center and/or industrial experience preferred.

Requirements

• Six years of documented work in electrical construction with at least 2 years of prior supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead teams on projects.
• Colorado Journeyman or Master License
