About The Position
ABM Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Construction Coordinator II to support construction coordination efforts at the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor Plant. This junior-mid level role assists in managing construction scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with Samsung’s standards and ABM’s operational protocols.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction coordination, preferably in industrial or high-tech environments.
- Basic understanding of construction systems, cleanroom protocols, and project workflows.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management tools.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating electrical construction activities across trades and subcontractors.
- Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource planning.
- Monitor site logistics, safety procedures, and access control measures.
- Review construction documents, RFIs, and submittals under supervision.
- Help resolve field-level issues and communicate concerns to senior coordinators.
- Participate in commissioning support, punch list tracking, and system turnover.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
