About The Position

A Day in the Life The Electrical Coordinator position has full to partial responsibility for hospital electrical system compliance and operation. This position also coordinates day to day tasks of the employed electricians, pulls electrical permits, and works with other departments to ensure the integrity of the fire alarm, security and electrical systems of the hospital.

Requirements

Associates Degree in construction technology with an emphasis on project planning, short duration scheduling, estimating, and 4 years’ experience as an electrical trade's superintendent coordinating with all aspects of building and remodeling projects
Associates Degree ; 6 years’ experience in electrical trades foreman AND 2 years’ experience as an electrical trade's superintendent coordinating all aspects of building and remodeling projects.
High School Diploma or GED ; 6 years electrical superintendent
High School Diploma or GED; 10-14 years electrical trades foreman
Licensure Master Electricians card State of Michigan Trade Licensure
Valid Driver's License
First Aid & CPR Certification - Or must obtain within six months
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
