Position Overview As an Electrical Automation Engineer II , you will design, develop, and enhance automated testing systems and processes that support intelligent power distribution products. You will work with cross-functional engineering teams to create modern, data-driven test solutions, apply machine learning insights, and ensure high-quality product performance. This mid-level role offers opportunities to innovate, grow your technical expertise, and make meaningful contributions to new product development and operational success.

Requirements

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
  • Proficiency in developing and debugging software using .NET, C, or C++.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages.
  • Ability to work with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, generators, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of networking protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high-voltage circuits.
  • Ability to read and interpret PCB schematics.
  • Familiarity with electronic components and circuits.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards or audit processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automated test solutions and scripts to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data insights.
  • Create and maintain production test plans for printed circuit board assemblies.
  • Design test fixtures and circuits that support testing needs across product lines.
  • Execute validation and characterization procedures for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with engineering partners to investigate test or validation issues and propose improvements.
  • Produce clear reports summarizing findings, results, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Contribute to test program development for new assemblies and components.
  • Participate in design reviews, ensuring testability and alignment with specifications.
  • Support production teams by troubleshooting test-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive enhancements.
  • Support global manufacturing teams as needed.
