Creating medical technology for all. ________________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembly Team Member to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the final assembly operations of medical carts and enclosures to quality and production standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork matter, we’d love to hear from you! Shift Available: First Shift- 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of Electrical Assembly experience
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings required
  • Use of hand and powers tools required
  • Quality checks are required

Responsibilities

  • Wiring, soldering, electrical testing, electrical assembly, and sub-assembly of medical device applications within a climate and particulate controlled environment.
  • Complying with electrostatic discharge standards and requirement and with the ISO class 5 clean room standards.
  • Using precision torque tools and following electrical assembly work instructions.
  • Based on workload mix, responsible for the mechanical final assembly and/or subassembly operations of medical products on an assembly line.
  • Verifying parts and may include verifying work other assembler’s work to quality standards.
  • Following all safety efforts in the work center with the consistent demonstration of proper PPE and adherence to all safety regulations and requirements.
  • Troubleshooting equipment, and assembly builds as required.
  • Maintaining a consistent 6S workplace through consistent housekeeping efforts.
  • Continued training and certification to reach Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Team Member Level Two and Level Three, each requires a minimum of six months of training, approval from Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Team Lead, and previous certification completion.
