About The Position

Our growing client is seeking a skilled Assembler to support the assembly of electrical control panels and related components. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed drawings, wiring components, and contributing to high-quality builds in a production environment. The Assembler works closely with engineering and production teams to ensure panels are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience assembling electrical panels or similar electrical/mechanical assemblies preferred
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and work instructions

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels according to approved drawings and work instructions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strip, terminate, and land wires on electrical components and devices
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively during assembly
• Verify accuracy of wiring, labeling, and component placement
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly questions
• Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
