About The Position

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions. Utilize hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards; rework or repair units as required. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and report any discrepancies or issues promptly. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions. Proficient in the use of hand tools, small power tools, and assembly equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of electrical systems and components. Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting assembly issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
