Dubak Electrical Group LLC is now accepting applications through March 31, 2026, for our NCCER Certified Electrical Apprenticeship Program. This six-year, paid apprenticeship combines hands-on industrial electrical work with classroom instruction and skills training. You will work alongside experienced mentors and instructors with 30 + years in the trade while building a long-term career with a respected, family-owned company. The primary duties for an Electrical Apprentice include, but are not limited to: Install conduit and wiring (power and controls) Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems Assist in maintaining electrical systems (power, data, controls, and instrumentation systems) Safety education and following safety rules Learn and apply electrical theory Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds by yourself Support jobsite operations as assigned Our work is performed primarily in industrial settings including: Food & beverage facilities Mega warehouses Pharmaceutical plants Chemical and oil refineries Paper mills Classroom curriculum is taught in a structured learning environment, and hands-on skills are developed in the field and our training center. What We’re Looking For This program is designed for individuals who are: Serious about becoming a Journeyman Electrician Dedicated, timely and dependable Willing to commit to a structured 6-year program Comfortable working in industrial environments Able to travel to multiple project sites
