Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Multifamily Electrical Team as Electrical Apprentices. No prior electrical experience is required — we provide comprehensive, hands-on training and opportunities to learn from seasoned electricians in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and building a long-term trade career.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or other elevated surfaces
• Reliable transportation to various job sites around the Cincinnati area
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installing electrical systems on multifamily residential construction sites
• Pull wire, install boxes, devices, conduit, and lighting fixtures under supervision
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Maintain clean and safe job sites while handling tools and materials responsibly
• Participate in on-the-job training and company-led learning opportunities
