About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team and develop into a skilled electrician through hands‑on training and field experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and ready to build a long‑term career in the electrical trade.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces
Basic understanding of hand and power tools
Reliable transportation to job sites
High school diploma or GED
Able to pass drug and BGC

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or willingness to obtain (preferred)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Punctual, dependable, and safety‑focused

Responsibilities

Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
Pull wire, run conduit, and install fixtures, outlets, switches, and panels
Support rough‑in and trim‑out phases on residential, commercial, or industrial projects
Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and materials are properly handled
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision
Load, unload, and stage materials for daily tasks
Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various indoor/outdoor environments
