The Account Leader is responsible for leading the enterprise selling approach with named accounts that results in the account team driving profitable growth of named accounts. A critical success factor will be aligning FTI’s End to End service offering with the account needs and working with business unit leaders to drive future service offerings that meet customer needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will have technical aptitude but will drive internal and external discussions at a strategic business level. Able to collaborate effectively with many internal subject matter experts to influence and drive towards the big picture, hold team members accountable in professional manner, and utilize and help reinforce Sandler methodology with team members.
