About The Position

The US Electric Power Materials Leader is responsible for leading end-to-end materials planning and execution to support business objectives, with a primary focus on strengthening the Sale and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, optimizing inventory, and enabling business unit transformation plans. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Program teams to ensure material availability, mitigate risk, and drive sustained improvements in service, cost, and working capital.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Sales and Operations Planning ( S&OP ) and/or Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning ( SIOP ) process.

  • Ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.
  • Use multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
