The Electric Power Operations - Business Operations Leader drives end-to-end operational excellence for the Electrical Power Operations across multiple sites, enabling safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery. In this role, you will facilitate FLIGHT DECK acceleration, develop and maintain cross-site standard work, lead special projects and structured problem solving across sites, aggregate and analyze cross-site data, standardize operating cadences and escalation forums, and provide cross-site functional leadership for a new MES implementation. This role will report to the Electrical Power Operations Leader and will lead a team of 3-4 employees to deliver the key responsibilities outlined below. In addition, the Cheltenham MES Functional Project leader will dotted-line report to this role.
