As an Electric Drive Technical Specialist, youâll serve as the technical expert supporting electric drive solutions for mobile equipment. Reporting to Engineering and partnering closely with Sales, youâll help customers design, validate, and implement reliable electric drive systems.

Requirements

2-year technical degree required
2+ years as an Application Engineer, Technical Specialist, or similar role
Experience developing, applying, and/or supporting electric drive solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in the field as well as in a technical office environment
Some travel may be required

Nice To Haves

4-year engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

Size, select, and apply electric drives and motors for off-highway and mobile equipment
Develop and support system schematics for drives, controls, and accessories
Provide on-site validation, testing, and start-up support for OEM customers
Collaborate on identifying and qualifying new technology and vendor partners
Support Account Managers with technical expertise and application guidance
Deliver product training to customers and internal teams
