Under general direction, the Electric Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting business processes that improve operational efficiency, internal service delivery, and cross-department collaboration. Primary responsibilities include serving as the department lead for electric utility procurements, leading strategic planning efforts within the department and in conjunction with the City’s Organizational Development initiatives, managing special projects, and supporting the Customer Energy Solutions Department, which includes key account management and Distributed Energy Resources (DER). This position is also cross trained to support governance responsibilities as a staff liaison to the Electric Utility Advisory Board, including agenda posting and meeting coordination. The analyst also facilitates internal and external communications and assists with planning utility-wide meetings and events as needed. Applicants are required to attach a resume and cover letter.
