About The Position

ATA Services, Inc is currently seeking to hire Election Warehouse Workers to work on a temporary assignment with the Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections for the 2026 Primary Election. Pay Rate: $18.36 per hour with weekly pay Start Date: APRIL 27, 2026 End Date: JUNE 26, 2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., hours and days will be extended as needed Location: SE Albuquerque – Gibson and Broadway Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal/driving background check and drug test. The selected candidate must be able to work various hours.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Work experience as a warehouse worker
Strong administrative and computer skills
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Machine certification – Repetitive task that involves standing for up to 8 hours a day; moderate hand-eye coordination in regard to picking up and feeding single pieces of paper
Control parking – being able to communicate to people on where they are to park their vehicles; can include shuttling people from one parking lot to another.
Staging for development – must be able to follow directions, work on feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
Setup Early Voting/Voting Convenience Centers - work on a team, following team lead directions, easy assembly of ballot marking booths, requires a moderate amount of walking.
Sign setup – work in a team, following team lead directions, use hammer to install signs at predetermined points, requires a moderate amount of walking.
